<p>If you are looking for <strong>exercises for love handles</strong>, then you just found a friend. I was in the exact same position as where you are right now when I started. I wasnt able to find a blog that documents everything before and after trying out a fitness program so when I found the effective one, I decided to start my own blog. <p>But first, let me tell you about where I got started.</p>
<p>I’m generally pretty happy about myself since childhood…but for a long time now (let&#8217;s see, maybe in my early twenties when my body just quit fighting fat) I’ve been gradually putting on weight&#8230;</p>

<p>Start with your diet. Plain and simple.</p>
<p>In my opinion, a great place to begin is with your diet. Now, don&#8217;t get the wrong idea! A love handle exercise is also important, but I believe in starting with the basics. The basics of how to get rid of love handles quickly involves your diet and fat intake.</p>
<p>How much saturated fat do you consume on a daily basis? This isn&#8217;t difficult to determine. Simply pay close attention to everything you eat one day. How much fat is in each meal? <p>Far too many Americans consume way over the recommended daily fat intake. This is not the wisest route to take. After all, where is all that fat going? Clearly it&#8217;s going to your gut. <p>As much as we hate to have these things pointed out to us, there are commonly a few aspects of our bodies that need work. Probably some of the most common for women are the butt and thigh areas.</p>

<p>Of course, although men obviously need to work harder and can endure harder, the principles of the exercises to reduce love handles are pretty much the same.</p>

<p>I have been eating my way since childhood. It has become something that I hold on to whenever I am emotionally stirred up. If you are anything like me, then I suggest you continue reading as this has become an instrument on how I got rid of my love handles.</p>
<p>As you may already know, there has been a substantial increase in people having high cholesterol levels. It has been proven in many studies that an unhealthy increase in blood cholesterol levels can lead or be associated with the development of heart disease.</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s how I did it my way:</p>
